Lewis stores Kwa Mashu

I once took out a loan with Lewis and 3 months to pay back for that loan.. on the 4th month they still debited my account for that loan yet the loan was fully paid up by than, I called the store and spoke to a lady Qinisile Maphumulo at Lewis Kwa Mashu. She said I will need to come into the store to get my refund, but when I got there I was told the money they debited in my account is not reflecting on their system yet so I need to wait for Monday bare in mind I was told that on Friday.. on Monday they said refused to give me my refund. Lewis stores is full of ****.
