Lewis stores is very disappointing ! Still waiting foe he's office to send credit limited and Waiting for Eldorado Park branch to send feedback

Im very frustrated and very disappointed in lewis stores head office. They have an online system that allows you to apply for an account online. I app**** and got a sms saying "Dear Ms Orriet Plaatjies, congratulations! You can buy for R12200. Please visit your nearest Lewis branch to complete your credit application." Im self employed which i stated in the application. They generated this limited without seeing a bank statement. Fine i went to the store to submit my back statement and Id that's Monday, they tell me as the store that head office has to give a limit , the sms is ******* , fine. They then tell me after taking me statement and id to scan to head office i must pick what i want and the will process the purchase online as soon as headoffice replies that same day. As they said in their adverti*****ts same day approval same day delivery. That's a big fat lie and a joke!! Next day comes (the lady didn't even keep me up to date I had to ask and ask and ask like a fool) they tell me i need to come again and give my id .. So they can scan it , i left my paying client to go to the store and give my id again cause the lady helping me assured me that it will be sorted that same day and it will be deliveres by end of next the day. I got there gave them my id and sat waiting in the store for 3 hours with still the same story that head office hasn't sent my credit limit its been two days with no feed back , no limit and no nothing From Lewis stores. If you self employed and need credit to build your score up DO NOT GO TO LEWIS STORE FOR NOTHING!!! THEIR SAME DAG APPROVAL AND SAME DAY DELIVERY IS JUST A **** AND TO GET YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME . I LOST A R350 for a clients nails i could've done in the time of sitting at the store giving my Id for the 3rd time .
