Lewis Stores is Pathetic

bought a tv on credit at lewis stores Gauteng, after a few months I settled my account. but during the period before settling the account I gave in a complaint regarding the Tv giving problems. so time passed and nothing happened after settling my account I decided weel I had enough so I went to the branch where I app**** for my account & settled it, then they said no they will come and collect the tv before the end of the week, so another few weeks past and still nothing happened, after a huge fight they finally came to fetch my tv. so they then gave me a tv for time well being while repairing my tv. 3 times a week for a month I phoned asking but what is going on, no one knows they don't have a clue. all of them were just passing out numbers and no one could help. we then got hold of the regional managers number but the lady at the branch told us but he resigned after we phoned him. still phoning him everyday but he is no use. when you call their call centre, they are closed and only work till4pm. So we bought a tv for R 12 999.00 but they know want to replace the tv that cost R 5999.00???? how do that work???? still waiting for the tv and nothing has happened. we then said well we want our money back asap as we will then go buy somewhere else, but still nothing. the one is more useless than the other one. customer service is pathetic as well as their ownership. they don't call you back or keep you up to date. SO we decided that this problems is not settled by this end of the week we are going to our lawyers even if it costs us more than what the TV's worth. never in my live I've experienced such pathetic company.
