Lewis stores is number one for poor and dishonest service

On Wednesday my GF received a sms saying she can get a cash loan at Lewis so on Thursday I call the Atlantis branch and ask them what my GF must do , I was told all they need is bank statements so we got the statements and salesman said he would collect early from the house as we work far from home . Salesman only got statements late afternoon , I called Lewis and they said they would call me back , no call . Saturday morning I called and was told salesman would call me back , again no call . I had to call them . At about 12 we get told now my GF does not qualify as her account is not old enough ..... how useless and stupid is this pathetic Lewis stores to send people a sms about a loan if they know the person is a new client and will not qualify and why all the false advertising about so called service when clearly there is no decent and honest service at Lewis ???? Beware of Lewis Stores , they are not a honest or ethical business and seem to thrive on false advertising and poor service .
