Lewis Stores is a ******** business!

Lewis Stores is a ripoff business...bought a fridge in 2015 worth R18100.98. Paid R4000 upfront. Was retrenched in 2016, took paperwork as requested. Was advised to pay R500 the rest of the installment would be paid by 'loss of employment insurance' that was part of the installment. Started paying R500 from then. Last year the fridge broke, claimed for 'material damage insurance', they sent someone who said they would comeback to fix the fridge. He never returned. As it stands, I'm still owing R16368.14. The statement they send monthly is not transparent. It reflects what I owed last month, interest charged, fees charged, payment received, and how much is owed. I do not even know how much I've paid thus far nor a record of the the exact dates of my payments.
