Lewis stores is a ****

I am not happy Lewis store Boitekong in rustenburg and the store itself , 2021 I boough furniture there, a bed , tv stand , sofas and a pack of iron with toaster and kettle. Same day I realized the tv stand was not in good condition only after they left , which was Saturday but Monday morning I went and reported it , also the bed was not okay needed to be replaced , it took them over 6 months for them to replace my furniture, 3 months after buying while waiting for exchange, the sofas also defaulted waited for exchange for 6 months From the onset everything was a mess that I bought but every month they deduct their money from my account , one of the employees even confirmed that they were giving me things on floor, the manager is so rude and told me that they won't exchange for me again , I am sitting with broken sofas , and a broken bed and they don't want to exchange for me , they saying they exchanged before , but fron the onset I got broken furniture , is it fair for them to still be deducting money I work for so hard every month? Is it fair for me to pay for broken furniture??? Every month , my health has even deteriorated because of this..

Even the lady I spoke to at head office was very rude when telling me they won't change for me my furniture .

Lewis stores I am so dissapointed in you and will continue to tell people not to buy from you.
