LEWIS STORES IN JOHANNESBURG- COMMISSIONER AND JOUBERT STREET

Lewis stores called me to buy a 7 piece dining room suite and sent their driver to collect me to come and select the color and sign my contract. The suite was delivered same day without a doubt. Its been a month and I'm still waiting for the driver from the branch to deliver the *****s that are missing.

I have never had to deal with such incompetence and can assure you that I will never be buying from the brand anymore. I have had to make several trips to the store to get the *****s that are missing and I am being given the run around time and again.

I have had the unfortunate experience to deal with Tsietsi and David who seem to have no clue what is happening in their surroundings. They will take you from pillar to post and wont even give you clear precise answers. I have been waiting for the "assembler" for 5 whole days now and no one in the store knows where he is. I'm seriously starting to doubt if this person even exists.

David keeps hanging up the phone on me and Tsietsi was apparently not in the store AFTER LUNCH DUIRNG WORKING HRS. These two men show no interest in assisting me- guess they are only waiting for payday.

. They have the most pathetic and impatient staff members that wouldn't know customer service even if it hit them in the face. Lewis kindly organize your drivers to fetch the dining room suite as I have a right as a customer to return goods that I'm not happy with.
