Lewis Stores Howick - The Worst Service Ever

On the 7th May 2021 i reported my Kalvinator Washing Machine to Lewis Stores (Howick Branch) for issues i was having with the machine. The lady in charge (Branch Manager) assured me she would escalate the problem as i live in a household of 6 people. To date (07.06.2021), i have not had a call from the technicians involved, nor have i had any follow up curtisy calls from Lewis Stores in regards to my repairs on my machine, this is now almost 4 weeks later!!!!!!!!

INFACT....

I have been the one having to either go down to the Lewis store to find out what the hold up is, i too am having to make daily phone calls to try find out what is happening with this repair, each time i get told i will be called back with a follow up, needless to say the technicians nor Lewis have ever followed up with me.

I am not happy with the service at all, you are very quick to harass you customers for payments monthly but when a fully paid up client is seeking assistance on repairs for a machine we purchased and paid off completely and still under warranty, it seems like you are not interested at all.

Lewis Store Howick actually does not deserve a Star for a review at all, get your act together
