Lewis Stores Hopetown has not delivered since 11 December 2023

I bought a fridge/ freezer from Lewis Hopetown on the 11th of December and paid it in full They said they will take the fridge/freezer to the back so that it will not be sold and will deliver it to me as soon as the payment shows in their bank account. We haven't received a delivery of the fridge/freezer as of yet They have all kinds of excuses for not delivering. This morning, its that their bakkie has problems When will they stop promising and start delivering?
