LEWIS STORES HAS GROSSLY VIOLATED THE POPI ACT

Lewis has grossly violented the POPI Act. Lewis listed my name on ***** prevention data base of RSA without making any attempts to contact me. They have left their "investigation" open and now I am suffering and frustrated as I am unable to do any credit facilities as my name is flagged. I have never made any credit requests via Lewis and wish to have my name cleared in 24 hours.
