LEWIS STORES GROUP STAFF ATTACKED ME !!!!

I bought a 65'' TV on credit on 21.10.2018 at the LEWIS Store branch in Parow Voortrekker Road.The same day it was delivered but i noticed immediately it was demo model they brought with the installment taggs in a open box and I told the delivery guy to take i back whereby he refused.The Monday Morning I called to them and spoke to manager Tamlyn Koopman whereby she sounded very, arrogant and short when i explained that they delivered a second hand and rudely rep**** we dont sell second TV's and I had to insisted they sorted it out.An hour later another consultant called me and said they arrange pick - up.The week passed and no one contact me so Saturday the 28.10.2018 i went there I got one of the salesman outside and i advised him that i was very disappointed in their service prior that himself and a nicole helped the previous week in store next you know he shout at me in afrikaans: DJY !!! praat nie met my so nie DJY kan daai daar binne loop kla!!Me being even more disturbed by this attitude towards.I went in told the Nicole (the sales lady that assisted me first)i wanted to see the manager who sat there looked at me and bluntly ignored.Not once did she stand up from her desk and asked what was the commotion about or she can help being this disturbed stated caused by the staff of the store - She just sat there and bluntly ignored me.Next thing i know i was put out of the store infront everyone in voortrekker road and told to get out of the shop by the same salesman who sat outside and speaking to me like like i was a vile person he told bluntly :DJY KOM RAAS NIE IN ONS WINKEL NIE GAAN UIT OS WINKEL en DJY PRAAT NIE MET MY SOES djy WIL NIE!!!When i told im not gonna leave it there another young sales lady came out and basically ran after me and shouted at me in front of everyone in voortrekker Road and this all happened in front my child of 7 years .Im traumatized by this and my poor child started to burst out in a cry.Im approaching my advocate about this as well the newspapers and has laid a case of crimen injuria against LEWIS store group - I have approached the CPA and national credit commissioner as well as the Retailers Ombudsman as this is ***** and being attacked by staff in disgusting and disturbing vile manner i will not leave it there .They are rude,********* have no proper training at all.The above is only a minor of how i have been treated by LEWIS Group and the Parow voortrekker branch.
