Lewis Stores Graaff-Reinet :(

I'm really disappointed in the service I received from Lewis Stores in Graaff-Reinet. Late 2017 I bought kitchen cupboards with a two year warranty. Last year June 2018 we noticed the drawers were faulty and reported it immediately to the store and they promised to collect it and fix it, but no luck. August month I called a second time and again I was promised and nothing happened. End of September I paid up my account and this was the third time I was promised they will fix it. I felt so embarrassed over the festive holiday with visitors and the broken drawers. It feels like I'm not treated and valued like a loyal customer and also the effort of communicating to the branch is exhausting and unnecessary. I have a healthy relationship with the company and are a loyal customer. Lena Elize Snyers **********
