Lewis stores - Finance *****

I have been struggling to sort out my account since December. Lewis debits my bank account (after ensuring me the debit was stopped) and them they do not allocate the amounts to my sub-accounts. Seems like a ********** case as I am being charged interest based on the "arrears"
