#Lewis stores #fair labour practice
I worked at Lewis store from 13 June 2023 until I was dismissed on 19 May 2026.i have dismissal letter.. My UI-19 correctly states Dismissed by my final payslip incorrectly states "Resign " instead dismissed. I have asked HR to correct my payslip to reflect the true reason for termination but i have not received help. Because of this I con not claim uif and am struggling to get my provident . I'm now approaching CCMA and Department of Labour to assist. I'm posting this not to damage the company but to ask for what is rightfully mine-correct paperwork.. If anyone has been through this please advise me...

31 Aug 2026, 17:44ohk and I claim provident found last month on 09 August only to find out today that alexforbs did not receive the claim...before everything the delay with my UI-19 remember I was dismissed on 19 may 2026 I only received UI-19 on 22 July 2026

31 Aug 2026, 18:05From 19 may 2026 until 20 July 2026 I went to the store many times demanding UI-19 but Iwas told I'm still active in the is no way i can get my UI-19...then apply for agriculture learner ship then I asked the manager if is not gonna affect the application since they I'm still active..then guess what I lost the leadership because of Lewis..nou I'm unemployed because of Lewis they caused me emotional 😢 ,physically ,mentally and financially stressed 😢
