We open a account at lewis so we can buy a vacuum cleaner, so the account was approved for the vacuum cleaner and so the manager came to us and said they dont have the vacuum in stock ...while we were their they called all over and cant find a vacuum cleaner at all...🤔🤔🤔🤔 We went home because they said as soon as they get stock they will call us and deliver the vacuum cleaner...2 weeks past no vacuum cleaner....i called them and cancelled the contract because we cant pay for something we did not receive....so after we cancelled the vacuum cleaner they take my money still R300 twice a week .... Wich im not happy with ...cost me aloy of money calling them to sort out this nonsense..everytime they do have a excuse why they cant give me my money back....Never again lewis 😡😡😡😡😡 you guys take money from me twice a week wich did not belong to you ....and i do not own the vacuum that u take money for.....pls be alert ppl stay away from Lewis stores.....
First one that i got delivered could not open or close his drawer properly..took it to stilfontein branch and they gave me a used one.....then after a week i said to then i dont want a secondhand airfryer we pay for a new one....so the manger said i must bring it in..gave me a new one ...it did not even work 4 times since i got it ....and it started to make a weird noise..called the manager and said she wont be able to give me a other one ...and i said why not ...because i still do pay for a new one and its not my fault that the machine makes wierd noises ....i only want a thing wich is new wich we do pay for thats working like it should..... And still waiting for reply from manger
