Lewis stores do not sell good furniture or electronics

Firstly let review the quality of furniture and electronics of lewis. Februarie 2018 we made a cash purchase of R47 440.43 at Lewis stores in Riversdale western cape. We bought a home theatre system LG D3140. After a few months it broke... SKU number 227081 they send it in for repairs. Came back last about a month or 2...its broken again. Reported it. No response up till 16 Jan 2020. Then the couches broke... They had to exchange it. The chest freezer broke and we lost all our meat that was inside. So they exchanged the freezer 229950 SKU num. So we asked them who is going to replace that meat that was lost they just pulled up their shoulders and said they don't know. The stove broke brand new also replaced... The microwave oven also replaced. People almost everything we purchased broke. Still wondering who is going to replace that rotten meat... Still have a broken home theatre system.. Now the defy 323lt fridge dac564 skunumber 230082 is making a very loud noise. I think it's a disgrace to sell goods that don't last first time I have ever seen goods in this condition.
