LEWIS STORES DEGRADING TREATEMENT TO CUSTOMERS

I have loaded a review on Lewis Store regarding their ********* trading procedures. They still have not sorted the matter. I have been waiting since the 25th of November for a refund that has to be made out to me. They gave on courtesy call after being notified of the review I place but has since ignored all correspondence from me. I feel that I am being ****** from my money and they are refusing to give any answers regarding my money that they have ********ly deducted from my account. In this whole process I feel so undermined and degraded as I am literally begging them to refund my money that I urgently need to support my children.
