Lewis Stores de*****ing customers.
Lewis Stores phoned me about a cashback promotion. I went, I bought and....nothing on my cashback. Branch manager and sales people just say, sorry, we don't have any money in the branch to pay it out. Now in my mind, this is *****, and very ********* business practice. The first of every month I get a call from Lewis, when will we get our payment, but when they owe me, I must be happy to wait. Will be contacting the Ombudsman on Monday, and will never in my life do any business with Lewis again. Misleading **********. Maybe open a ***** case....not a bad idea.
