Lewis Stores Damaging my credit profile

Not sure what is happening or if anyone else has the same issue with Lewis, but I have been wrestling back and forth with Lewis regarding my account with them. My credit profile displays that my account is in arrears yet it is set on a debt order. I have enquired many times but still nothing has been done. It is damaging my credit profile. Their customer services are terrible.
