So I got called again today with a threat from Martina at Lewis Stores in Boksburg. I struggled to get my payments up to date since my wife lost her job end December 2024. I just spoke to her now again promising to pay the full installment about by the 26th of February 2025 and she still threatened to take the items away if I do not pay soon. Interesting, so if they take the goods then I don't need to pay the rest of the contract? I mean I don't have the goods anymore, so they can write all the debt off? Also have evidence of her sending a voice note on Whatsapp. Don't we have rights as debtor? There is a thing called debtors rights.
