Lewis Stores beware, *****sters

So I received an sms from Lewis stores this morning saying my credit application has been approved. There's two missed calls from their Bethlehem branch. When I return the call to find out about the whole thing, I'm I was asked if I have an account with them. No was the obvious answer, where upon I was advised that the missed call was for a reference check for someone else.

Just checked my credit history with the beurau, confirms that an application has been made on my name, today. I haven't lost my ID documents, and in any event, there's a lot of biometric security in place in this age. How come mara?
