LEWIS STORES BELA BELA THE WORSE PLACE

This is far by the worse place I have ever came across!!! I have purchased a double bed from them last year November for my nanny ! And then I bought a TV from a Lewis store just a few blocks from them! In 2 weeks the bad starting making a noise when u move on it I reported it when I went in to make payment as much job doesn't allow me to make phone calls during the day and I dont have time to during the day to go there They then tell me they have told me it's not for adults which is utter bull**** because they were informed that I'm buying it for my nanny they then told me that I must leave my number they will send someone till to date no one has been sent So if that's the service I'm given I refuse to pay my installments till my part of it is fixed! It's been now 3 months no one was sent to fix anything Then the other store keeps harassing me at my work place for installments Lewis is Lewis no matter which store it is I want my things fixed How can I keep paying for something that's broken in 2 weeks !!! And people coming to my work place and calling all the contacts for payments why dont u tell everyone that u guys won't fix my bed and until then I said I won't make payment

I qualified for alot of money at Lewis if I didn't want to pay I would of took the full amount and not paid So please

Its quick to ask for the money but not to provide the service u meant to!!! Never buy anything from Lewis ever again
