Lewis Stores

I went to Lewis stores Ladyfrere in the Eastern Cape on the 28th of December 2019 to buy just two items namely a wardrobe and a table and chair set for delivery on the same day..because that's what the company offers "delivery on the same day" I patiently waited on that day (28th of December) for my goods to be delivered they never came,the following day I still waited with no success ,this is when I decided to look on the receipt to look for their numbers which I didn't find so I phoned their customer line and was given a number that didn't go through till the gentleman whom I spoke to said they will log a complaint which I assume they did as some lady by the name of Deidre phoned to "confirm" that the goods have been delivered this was now four days later and No I had not received my two items! This is now the fifth day they have not delivered my goods! In all these days NO ONE CALLED ME !Perhaps to explain exactly what happened(which I'm sure i would have understood)I have had to take previous time from my holidays to phone their head office and the store with no care whatsoever from them I was even told that the Regional controller has "ensured "that my items will be delivered, till date I don't have my goods I'm now on day six!and still no care in the world from them they have not delivered them I've called them numerous times at most times with no one picking up their phones even spoke to a very rude gentleman I think his name was Mbulelo who I admit didn't buy the items from or was assisted by initially when buying at the store But he works at the company and if he had any customer service he wouldn't have spoken to me the way he did regardless of whether I was helped by him or not he was adamant even harsh defending himself instead of helping me or atleast explain what had happened because he knew, I forgot the lady that helped me on that day I think her name was Nyamisa or something like that the cashier that helped me was Unathi,To you both ladies explain everything to the customer before concluding a deal and not run after getting the sale at the customer's expense it is absolutely ridiculous that I have had to wait 6 days and counting for just a mere two items,some complaints are just unnecessary!

I was treated that way because I'm just a small town village girl who doesn't deserve better treatment/service, I'm actually disgusted at them and my self for allowing to be treated like a fool like a nobody whereas I spent my hard earned money which i could have spent elsewhere But Lewis couldn't care less I will never set foot in that store ever again so Lewis you have lost one customer a good one at that!
