Lewis stores Athlone Branch

We have a Lewis account a little under a year now, however Lewis do not debit on time and have charged penalties to my account which is currently reflecting negatively on my credit profile. Going into the store to pay and then 2 days later they decide to still debit. Their debt collectors called constantly and advise that there are no arrears however I still receive emails and phone calls. Going into the store is no joy because the staff including the manager are unable to assist and help, but they advise that there are arrears when I request a statement of account they are unable to show me. Can't wait to close this account because it's mentally draining me.
