Lewis stores athlone and headoffice sucks

I had an issue with a sales agent joy at the Athlone branch so i phoned lewis head office after waiting more then 10 minutes explain to the guys what tje problem was he put me trow to the branch what *** is this why put me back to the branch when i have a complaint about the branch is this how they operate then i must say it sucks then close tje head office cause tjey as useless as the branch
