Lewis stores are the worst

I would from personnel experience not recommend Lewis stores to any body. We bought our stove there in 2021 and since have been paying the stove. But evrytime when we pay cash they do not update their credit bureau to say you payed since 2021 it shows I have only payed twice for the stove it has ******d up my credit report so bad where I have dropped from 620 to 572 I can't take loans get finance for a car nothing all because of them and when I contact the branch or whatsup the people I get ignored. So I would like to know where is all the other payments gone all 30 other payments I even pay more than my premium should be. But still no update. Not even an answer from the branch nothing. It's a bad bad place especially Lewis store Moot street worst help and service now these days.
