Lewis stores are refusing to cancel my purchase on faulty couches

I purchased couches from Lewis Stores De Aar over the festive period.The set was not in store but in the warehouse.My mother was showed one piece of the set.I went in store to make the purchase and also add masterguard to the set.Upon delivery the masterguard was sprayed correctly,very sparingly.Only here and there ilas if it was not part of the purchase.The stuffing on the couches have been squashed and does not look nice it has humps and bumps.I asked my mother to go in-store to go tell them about these issues.Two days after the purchase I decided its best to cancel this deal because I am not satisfied with this set.

Lewis took 2 weeks to come and look at the set and see why I am complaining.The stock clerk is now telling me if I cancel this deal I will be blacklisted.I do not understand how that is possible if I am returning their faulty couches.I have sent my mother to the store and I have gone to the store myself.She is now telling me we only bought the set to entertain guests over the festive period and used it and now we want to return it.Which is an absolute lie.The issue was brought to her attention 2 days after the purchase and they delayed in coming to my mothers house.The store is now full of personal stories about why we are returning the set Accor to rumors by the stock clerk who doesn't want this stock returned.I am not the 1st customer to return this Primrose couch set.There was already another set returned by another customer also because that set was faulty.Now the stock clerk wants to take pieces of that faulty set and swop with the one I have.I do not want these couches this is not a good set.I have made myself clear,but they refuse to come collect this set and cancel the deal.

I have contacted the customer service department and wven they are now giving me the run around.I am now being told they will have an agent contact me.This company is playing with my credit.The manager agreed to come collect the set.We waited for a week and nobody came.There was a RC from Middelburg who also agreed that they would come collect the set and cancel the deal.Nobody came.Lewis is playing for time to deduct the 1st installment which is due on 1 February 2024.They are not taking me seriously and trying to force me to keep these couches.
