Lewis stores are just a nightmare!!!

Hi Peter my name is Masedi Nokeri, i want to lay a serious complain with one of the Lewis stores at Bushbuckridge. I bought a chest of drawers on the 28th of January 2021 and i was promised to get it delivered by the 30th but i guess that was one of their lies. I went to their store on Monday the 1st February they told me that it was not assembled they are still waiting for the guy i should wait until Wednesday that will be their latest. I got my delivery today Thursday the 4th of February 2021 and it is not in good condition it have scratched and the backside of it is not properly closed there's a gap in between. I tried to talk with the delivery guys that i really can't accept it, they just left it with no delivery note issued for me to sign actually there's no evidence for me that i recieved my chest of drawers from them simply meaning i can still claim that i have not recieved it or demand my money back. Please Please i just need to fix it if not they must return my money i cannot deal with such.
