Lewis Stores are *****!

I am writing this with a dissatisfied of Lewis store customer service. I have sent an email to their head office and cc the branch store but no resolution steps were taken untilndate. On 25 March 2024, I have paid the remaining balance to close one of the accounts I had with them. However they still continued to debit me the same amount of which the account has been closed. I went to the branch and spoke to one of the lady who provided excellent service who was able to find the issue blamed the head office and promised to get back to me with feedback on Monday this was on the 4th of April 2024. No one called me instead I kept receiving the Sms to inform me about their sale and that I qualify for a new credit which is something I don't really care about. I need this to be sorted immediately.
