Lewis Stores and their terrrrrrible manager

Gosh if I could rate 0 stars I would. Lewis Lenasia branch has the worst manager on earth! To think I held on with a review on Hello Peter and tried to resolve the issue with Lewis Headoffice in Cape Town rather. So it goes that Lewis granted us instore credit we signed and they took the deposit promising same day delivery on MONDAY morning at 8am. Everything was done on Saturday just waiting deposit on Monday. At 4.30 pm they requested a letter of employment. HR took some time to send this and then a day later we are informed that its not acceptable so the regional manager of the company sends an email confirming employment. This rude good for nothing manager named Thapelo is now off on Tuesday and we are told Tomorrow things will be delivered its here in the store. Wednesday Thapelo is again away from work, I then enquire does the entire store not function in his absence? I send him a WhatsApp message saying I don't understand what the hold up is and he ignores. This man if one call him that! Comes to work today and gives the run around all day, blatantly telling me he doesn't care who he is reported to and then I contact Lewis head office requesting assistance only to then be declined in the whole deal! Now waiting over half an hour for my R2500 deposit to returned. Disgusting service and an even more disgusting human being again if he can be called that. Highly disappointed with Lewis Headoffice as well. You could have dealt with the matter and your rude manager instead of losing customers.
