Lewis Stores act like loan Sharks very bad

My wife took couches at Lewis via account and she was paying them every week unfortunately she got fired at work. But she took loss of income cover with Lewis and Monarch insurance. After she was dismissed she sent all her documents at Lewis to claim loss of income insurance but they said loss of income does not cover dismissal but there is no Claus in her contract stating that. She continued paying using her uif now uif is finished but they keep sending their driver to follow her everywhere she goes asking her to make a plan for the money. This is harassment now how can one sort this out please help
