Lewis stores a no go for furniture

After taking things for a second term my tuble dryer broke and lewis staff couldnt care less even though this item was under warranty i decided to skip them and then they insured i recieve my new tumble dryer now my account already took more then 9 months longer to pay finished they say im more then 20000 in arrears and i phoned them today to ask for a discount on this so i can settle them these clowns say no they cant i cant even buy myself a vechile or do any bank finance this type of business is pathetic im absolutely disgusted in how u guys do bussiness i mean here i want to settle ur interest you guys added on bt u guys cant even discount that
