Lewis stores

My name is kedibone sithole I have open up an account with Beares (Lewis stores) in branch: 2005-BR Bloemfontein, I open up this account last year 2019 November I bought two beds, stove, 4doors fridge. I reported the beds thy both were not in good condition after two months the springs were coming out, I went to the store to report thy told me thy will attend to my case it was first week of March 2020 before lockdown I also reported the unit buildings thy were broken also and the 4plate stove is also burned at the back till today I m still waiting for them to attend to my case I went to the store several times still know follow up has been made to all the things I have reported.
