Lewis stores is 100% bad when it comes to customer service,stay away from lewis if you don't want to ruin your credit report.i have an account older than 7years which prescribed long time ago but they are not willing to assist me in getting prescription letter so that i can remove my debt review flag and start my newlife instead they send 3rd parties to collect dept that prescribed long time ago and when you try to reach the 3rd party they tell you that the account is managed by lewis its no longer under them,same circle nje until new 3rd party appears again
