Lewis stores

So I have been a client of lewis going on 3 years now 2 years ago I bought some furniture I finish my last installment and thought I'll do it again about a year ago I won a competition they took photos ens.. But I left the store without my prize coz as they said they don't have stock ok within the year I know pt phoning asking where is my prize still we don't gave stock so my 2 years are up and thought ok I need a bedroom set so I went and bought one it was del late at night but my husband and I set it up although I was charged for them to do so but anyway sure i we found that the dresser door is broken and the mirror doesn't fit the dresser so I gave them a call someone came and told me that its a manafacture fault they will come back and change it so by the way not worth the price its chip board **** anyway its been more than a couple of weeks so I gave them a call asked about the new dresser was told that they would send it next day canceled what I had to do and took everything off the dresser o no one arrived I called 3 times still saying they coming I have had to do this about 5 times all along already up and down unpack pack it back then I must phone them to find out what's going on no one bothers to phone back and so many excuses items crazy I have been cool and collected every time just saying ok I have also asked numerous times for an account nr and ref nr for my new purchase at no luck either so now I thought this is getting crazy so I phone cape town head office its now 16.25 speak to a consultant and she dropped the call I phone back now its 16.30 o nice they are closed lovely so I find another nr and lady says we are closed and can not help right now try again in the morning well lewis this will be the last time I will enter any competition coz u don't receive your prize neither will I buy anything from u guys again pretoria north branch is just not up to standards u guys are very eager to phone to sell stuff but after sale u seem not to care anymore this shall be my last
