Lewis store Vanderbijlpark

Im only rating it one star because there's no 0 star..Lewis Vanderbijlpark **** customer service, I went to buy a bed this week, the sales person **** to me and said the "slay bed" comes with a queen size bed...i paid 51500 and the driver was also instructed incorrectly by the sales lady, the driver brought half things..no bed...I went in the store the following day, to find out what's happening ..the sales lady said "it was a misunderstanding" at the time of buying these,I asked her the same question 3 times regarding the bed,she confirmed....matter was escalated to the manager daisy..very useless and unprofessional...bad customer service..she refused to assist with this matter...I called the head office..they logged a call..nothing has been done..I asked for my refund..I still haven't received it..I asked the store to come collect this things,I had to to follow up with the damn store to collect ,since Tuesday, they only collecting it today...if you want to regret it go buy at Lewis Vanderbijlpark..
