Lewis store took my freezer without my authorization

My name is Nompucuko Sigwebela am based in Durban I bought a deep freezer in Lewis store last year October I paid November and December than on January I joined debt review because of some financial problems and I paid 3 months than I fail to pay them again because of financial problems and my account went back to the stores that I owe Thank Lewis called me about my credit than that we made an arrangement of paying that I was supposed to start the payment on the 30th of June 2025 Today they come to collect the freezer they said I must pay R7000 cash or they take the freezer I ask them where is the paper that said you must collect the freezer because I am not paying for it the lady said that is not working now and I didn't said am not going to pay I said I will pay the R1000 installment than am to discuss with them how am going to break down my arrears hhhayy they took the freezer they didn't want to make any arrangements with me so I like to know that all the ferniture store they work like Lewis am not happy with the way they do things they took my freezer without any thing written down that says they must take it
