Lewis store took my freezer

They called me after I wrote my review I went to the store I wanted to make an agreement with them how am going to pay my arrears so that they can bring back my freezer but one of the managers didn't want any thing the only thing she wanted is my signature she wanted me to sign some of their documents that I didn't understand and yesterday they sent me some note they says they canceled the freezer credit under my name of which am not sure if that is possible
