Lewis Store Thabong

I am fed up with the Lewis store at Sebokeng Thabong Plaza, I have been paying account with my receipts reflecting that I have negative arrears, however whenever I check my credit report it is still reflecting as if I have arrears in my account. When I visit the store I also get told the same nonsense of my account being in arrears whereas the receipt i get when I make a payment shows I am not in arrears and that I am in fact ahead with my payments. What is even more pathetic is that I was told at the store that my negative arrears (surplus) which was over R700 was consumed by fees, this a pathetic lie how can my installment be R933 and fees be R700? What madness is this? If they don't sort this out I am going to the ombudsman.
