Lewis store takes its time on refunding people

Early February went to lewis store in sterkspruit to ask for a refund only to be told they dont have money they'll call when they do.. They didnt bother calling me back i went there early march i was told to come this week... Today i went there and they still dont have money... I'm so angry because i feel like lewis doesn't respect me as a potential client... Now i just want my money i wont be conducting any business with them that's fore sure
