Lewis store second hand like furniture

My husband and i have recently purchased at lewis store Newcastle. We are very disappointed. The fridge and washing machine both were from the floor. When we received it it was not even boxed in the original boxes. We purchased a kitchen unit last week and again to our disappointment it came from the floor. The top is cracked and the doors wont close unless you force it. We have tried communicating telling them we are disappointed to mo avail. We definitely wont be purchasing at any lewis store if that is the type of furniture you get. Very disappointed
