Lewis store: poor service

I bought fridge, stove, microwave and kitchen cabernet at sterkspruit Lewis store. The debit order went twice and went to the store multiple times to try and resolve this however when you enter the store the constant look busy as if the is something they are doing. It's been 5 days this going on. I called the call center and they promised to follow up. Till now nothing has been done. They always have issue. When you call, they say we just opening the email now or I was going to call you now. The funny thing when I took the contract with them, they were calling me at 8pm now that I have bought their items and the is an issue it looks as if I am irritating them. Poor service
