LEWIS STORE - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

Bought a fridge at one Lewis Stores, the store is called BEST FURNITURES, in Polokwane. I am paying them monthly and now it's almost the second month without my fridge working. I have moved from Polokwane cause now am working in Pretoria and I asked them to come and fix my fridge over a month ago and they are not coming or arranging anything but I paying for the thing monthly.

This is irritating and they do not care. PLEASE BE AWARE GUYS AS A CUSTOMER WITH THESE PEOPLE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE. LEWIS STORE aka BEST FURNITURES
