Lewis store non-delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lewis Store in cathcart road king William's town. Two years ago, I purchased a TV from their store, but it was never delivered to me. Despite my numerous attempts to contact the store, I never received any satisfactory response or update on the status of my order. This lack of communication and delay in delivery caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. As a customer, I expect to receive the products I purchase in a timely and efficient manner. The fact that Lewis Stores failed to deliver my TV and did not provide any explanation or solution is unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone, as their customer service is lacking and they do not seem to value their customers. If you are experiencing a similar issue with Lewis Stores or any other retailer, it is important to assert your consumer rights. You can request a chargeback under the claims and defenses provision for any legal reason you have to cancel a sale directly with the seller, including if you have a problem with a product that you think is the result of an inherent defect.
