Lewis store Kwamashu horrible service

Hi there,

I want to report Lewis store kwamashu they sold me a fridge with R2000 cash back but after signing documents they told me the fridge does not have cash back after they false advertised something to me , I was mislead very bad service can this be escalated to the right people.

Thanks you as I am very disappointed with the magement and the staff customer service is 0% I will not refer anyone to Lewis anymore.
