Lewis Store - Krugersdorp (Refuse to replace damaged good & no good work ethic)

I had purchased a bedroom suite from Lewis Stores Krugersdorp a few weeks ago (cash) and received the dressing table and mirror damaged. The delivery guys also noted this in the delivery form which I signed and they (and I) took photos of the damages. I have spoken once with the manager regarding a replacement and she had advised me that there are no dressing table and mirrors available in good condition but that she would speak to the regional manager and get back to me the same day. I have been waiting for a week now and despite several attempts to get hold of her through the salesman, she has not called me back. I need my damaged furniture replaced as I had paid a lot of money for it.
