Lewis store is bad!

What a bad furniture store. And my mom did warn me shame. Last month I finished my credit and decided to go to a Lewis Parys to get a washing machine and zinc cardboard. I never received a carboard and what’s worse is that they were not even communicating with us. The manager even stopped replying my WhatsApp text. I then decided to email their customer care complaining about this matter,I told them that it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received the cupboard so I don’t want it anymore. They should cancel it immediately because I won’t pay for something I don’t have. The customer care and told me that the store will call and cancel the debit and everything that needs to be cancelled. They never called and they kept on giving me excuses until I emailed customer care 2 days ago telling them to quickly attend the matter as my pay day is near. Well they deducted and they even deducted for the credit I finished paying last month. I am fed and very any because this is going to ***** my name. Lewis is a bad store!
