LEWIS STORE IS ANNOYING

Lewis store branch manager of 1108 yesterday come to my house to demand 2 payments that i was in arrears or they want the goods,with out a demand letter 129 nothing- I said I will come to pay on month end but they refuse they want the cash or the things. can someone please assist with some advise to whether they are allowed to do that ?
