Lewis store is a ****

I bought furniture at lewis at January now it is March I haven't received anything. I paid R10000.i called them several times at the branch but I didn't receive any help,I also called the head office still no help and I went to the branch and they said I should leave my bank statement and my ID after 7 days I will get my cash back still I haven't received anything please help.i need my money back
