Lewis store insurance

<p>I have 2 subs with Lewis store Alberton and I'm paying over R400 per month for insurance. I have my own insurance and don't need the insurance from Lewis because I pay less than R200 per month for my house hold insurance. In store there are a poster up claiming a client can choose to have.the.insurance or not at all with no.T&C's saying you should replace their insurance with any other insurance at all. Now after a huge fight with them they will cancel it only if I make them beneficiaries on our own insurance, which my insurance said can not be done as this is not a life policy. So without that they refuse to cancel the insurance. I can not claim twise for an item should something happen and head office does nothing to help a client. All item purchased by Lewis store is specified on my insurance and they even have proof of my insurance policy. </p>
